The policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us from the address you used at checkout and include your order reference. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. If you have already used any application credits, you are not eligible for a refund. Upon refund, your account access and any remaining credits will be revoked.

EU and UK buyers
Access is delivered immediately, and at checkout you consent to that delivery and waive the 14 day withdrawal right. Where that consent was not given, the statutory right applies.
